We’re the O’Neil Sisters! Kitty’s on the left and Jennifer is on the right. We started working together 14 years ago when we wrote our first book Funky Shui. We live about 40 minutes from each other in the San Francisco Bay area. We do most of our writing over the phone, but we get together to do our crafts for Woman’s World and Craft Ideas or to shoot photos for web sites like Better Homes and Gardens, HGTV, and Ladies Home Journal. We do all our own photography, except for our author photos which are done by the amazing and talented Scott McDaniel. Thank you, Scott!
We started making video tutorials almost five years ago and boy do we love it! We have a studio set up at Jennifer’s complete with lights and two cameras, one facing front and one overhead like for a cooking show. We do all the writing, shooting, and editing. And laughing!
