2 Faceted rondelles, silver/crystal, 8mm
4 Faceted rondelles, silver/crystal, 4mm
4 Silver heishi beads, silver/crystal, 2mm
Chain, silver-plate, 24″
Wire, 26-gauge, silver-plate
Tools
Chain-nose pliers
Round-nose pliers

Steps
1. Start by making the wrapped loop component. To make a wrapped loop cut a 3-inch length of wire. Grasp the wire with round-nose pliers 1 inch from the end. Bend the tail of the wire over the pliers 90 degrees. Move the pliers to grip the wire just above the 90-degree turn. Grab the tail of the wire with your fingers and wrap it around the pliers to make a partial loop.
2. Attach the partial loop to the tassel. Reposition the pliers in the partial loop and finish pulling the wire around the pliers to complete the loop. Wrap the tail around the straight wire twice. Use the wire cutters to trim the tail.
3. Slide a small rondelle, a silver heishi, a large rondelle, a silver heishi, and a small rondelle onto the wire.
4. Grasp the wire with round-nose pliers just above the last bead. Bend the tail of the wire over the pliers 90 degrees. Move the pliers to grip the wire just above the 90-degree turn. Grab the tail of the wire with your fingers and wrap it around the pliers to make a partial loop.
5. Attach the partial loop to the end of the chain. Reposition the pliers in the partial loop and finish pulling the wire around the pliers to complete the loop. Wrap the tail around the straight wire twice. Use the wire cutters to trim the tail.
6. Repeat with the remaining materials to attach second tassel to the other end of the chain.
Lariat Lore: Lariats are super-wearable. Tie low in front to wear long or wrap around twice for a shorter necklace.
